Our locally owned and operated business was started with a passion for creating high-quality pastries that bring family and friends together. Our name reflects our love for Lassen Volcanic National Park, which sits just east of us, our family's, "happy place".

We offer a variety of fine pastries, including tarts, profiteroles (French cream puffs) specialty cakes, muffins, cookies, and savory focaccia. We also make amazing pastries that are made without gluten! If you enjoy a great cup of coffee, you’ll love our locally roasted organic coffee from First Crack.

At the core of our products is the belief that "You are what you eat." We stand out from big coffee chains and mass-production bakeries by using quality ingredients and unparalleled expertise. Our family prioritizes health and longevity, which is reflected in our commitment to using only the highest quality ingredients. We never use industrial seed oil and always seek to use organic, non-GMO ingredients, which are key to the amazing taste of our pastries.
